The DC GuestHouse is located in the first neighborhood north of Washington's downtown area, home to many museums, monuments, stores, and businesses - all of which is easily reachable by foot. In fact you can see the National Museum of Natural History from the street in front of the DC GuestHouse by looking to the south.

The DC GuestHouse is only two blocks to the closest Metro subway station providing quick transportation to most areas of the city.

The DC GuestHouse is one block from the new Washington DC Convention Center. Many of our guests find the GuestHouse a welcome break from the bustle of their busy conferences. In fact, many business book our whole house to serve as their employees base of operations for a conference.

Airports

Transportation to and from Washington’s three surrounding airports can be arranged through Super Shuttle or by taxi. Washington National Airport and Union Station are a short ride to/from the nearby Mt. Vernon/Convention Center Metro subway station.
