Because we are a small business and there is high demand for our accommodations, we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy.
- For cancellations occurring 31 days or more there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations occurring 15 - 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, a full refund is granted minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the entire reserved stay.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival are subject to no refund.
- Gift certificates and coupons are void when for a room reservation that is cancelled.
All cancellation fees are subject to the 14.5% DC hotel tax.
We will acccomidate movement of reservation dates when possible.
